As the House of Representatives went home for the August Recess, Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave her Democratic Caucus; red, white, and blue pocket cards with talking points to promote ObamaCare. Those cards didn't to much to help Senator Arlen Specter and, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, as both were heckled and booed in Philadelphia on Sunday.
When NY Congressman Tim Bishop uses those talking points, it won't be during any upcoming town hall meetings; after a June 22 gathering in Setauket, NY didn't quite go as he planned, he's stopped having them.
“I had felt they would be pointless,” Rep. Tim Bishop (D-N.Y.) told POLITICO, referring to his recent decision to temporarily suspend the events in his Long Island district. “There is no point in meeting with my constituents and [to] listen to them and have them listen to you if what is basically an unruly mob prevents you from having an intelligent conversation.”
This two part video of Bishop getting fried is great! People might be just waking up to the fact that "hope and change" is a code word for socialism.
Hey Bishop...if you don't want to listen to your constituents, then you should be fired from your job, asswipe. You disgraceful Commie loons have it coming, and coming hard.... If you think people showed up for the polls when Obugger ran for king, just wait when your turn on the ballot rolls around.
